Are your clients listed below? If so…

1. Click on the Edit button on your client’s row.

2. In the box marked “Contractors To Notify” add a comma and your email address to the email addresses already in the list.

3. Click “Update”. The system will notify you when the password has been updated.

Don’t see your client listed? Here’s what to do.

1. Ensure you are getting a message from the platform directly that says there is a Password issue.

2. Click on this link to report a new issue (keep in mind this will email the client directly so please be sure the issue needs the client’s attention)
