Contract Commitments and Auto-Renewal

1. Every Nicole Barker VA contract has a duration by which you commit to employ our services, also called a Contract Commitment. We offer varying contract commitments from 1 month to 12 months. Each level of commitment has a different price. Please check to make sure you have the right commitment to fit your intended relationship with us.

2. Once in a contract with us, we require 30 days notice prior to the contract renewal time to avoid auto renewal of your contract. What that means is if your contract renews on the 15th, we need you to let us know of your intention to not renew before the 15th of the prior month (or 30 days before you renew).

3. Once the initial contract committment has been fulfilled (3 months - 6 months - etc), the contract will continue on a month to month basis until 30 days cancellation notice is provided as outlined above.

Cancelling Early

We get it. Sometimes things happen, and a need arises that presents a situation where you need to get out of your contract before its maturity date. In these cases, we charge 2 months worth of your contract fees to cancel early. These fees cover our offboarding and interrupt processes that we have to tackle to hand your account back over in the middle of a term.

Changing Contracts

We do allow our customers to save money by entering into a longer contractual commitment with us at any time. Simply send us an email and at your next billing cycle (usually monthly), we will change your contract and provide you with the associated price, free of charge!

Late Payments

All payments are due on the date of invoice. Most all of our contracts get placed on an auto-billing process, so there are no worries or actions for you on paying the invoices. If for some reason payments are made late, we do reserve the right to charge up to a 10% late payment fee per month.

Our Commitments

At NBVA we are fully committed to our client’s success. We commit to doing all we can to be a great extension of your work. We do not (because we cannot) guarantee a particular outcome. Time of year, Social Media algorithm changes, public interests, and so many other factors go into the success of an account. There is no secret formula. With that said, we will put forward full efforts to work within our strategies and best practices to give you the best chance of success.
